Gravity Quest Consultancy (GQC) is a regulatory compliance and management consulting firm located in Matsapha, Eswatini. It provides regulatory compliance and policy, strategy, risk management, analysis, consulting and advisory services to small, micro, medium and large regulated non-bank financial services providers. It also offers the public, financial education, development and strategies for financial success and wealth preservation.
GQC delivers a comprehensive suite of services based on clients’ specific regulatory needs, which includes assistance with licensing and registration with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), and preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports.

~ Sinenhlanhla Mbanjwa
Sinenhlanhla Mbanjwa is a regulatory compliance consultant, trainer, risk and financial analyst and a strategic thinker within the financial services industry. She has a strong background and experience in regulatory supervision and compliance having previously worked as a financial analyst at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).
She was involved in licensing and inspections of non-bank financial institutions and the education of various stakeholders on the relevant financial services laws. Whilst employed, she spotted gaps and weaknesses amongst regulated entities which inspired her to resign from her job in 2018 in order to provide compliance solutions. She bootstrapped her consulting business idea and started Gravity Quest Consultancy to provide regulatory compliance services and training to financial services providers.
She holds a B.Com Accounting degree, a certificate in Anti Money Laundering from London Governance & Compliance Academy and is currently a Commonwealth Scholar studying part-time towards a MSc. in Global Central Banking and Financial Regulation at Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick (UK). She is a member of the Compliance Institute of Southern Africa (CISA) and a professional member of the Association of Governance, Risk & Compliance (UK).
She is a Mandela Washington Fellow 2022, during which she studied Leadership in Business at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Illinois, USA. She is also an alumna of the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme 2021, where she received seed capital to fund a fintech product called ImaliSmart, to support financial literacy and inclusion and responsible decision-making by consumers in the acquisition of financial products and services. She serves as Chairperson of Empowered Ladies Savings Scheme that she established in 2017 to economically empower its members with affordable loans and interest claim incentives. Through Gravity Quest, she supports various NGOs and is an avid observer of emerging AI and financial technologies.
